Condar ASV warranty

The Condar ASV is warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty is void if the unit is moved, reinstalled, modified or used for purposes other than bringing fresh air into a room. This warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the unit, at Condar’s option, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not cover replacement of the washable filter, which is considered a "wear item".
